Signal House is the flagship campus building for Cayman Enterprise City, delivering a purpose-built commercial environment designed to support high-growth technology and knowledge-based businesses operating from the Cayman Islands. Spanning approximately 40,000 sq ft and located just off Fairbanks Road in George Town, the development provides a flexible, future-ready hub for international zone companies.
The building accommodates more than 300 companies through a mix of private offices, co-working areas, meeting suites and collaborative spaces.
Designed for adaptability and performance, Signal House balances architectural quality with resilience, energy efficiency and long-term operational value.

Build Cayman was appointed as Construction Manager and Main Contractor, working in close collaboration with sister company Design Cayman as Lead Architect and the CEC development team. This integrated approach ensured seamless alignment between design intent, cost control, constructability and programme delivery from early planning through to commissioning and handover. Supported by Build Cayman’s Facilities Management division, Signal House transitioned smoothly into live operation, demonstrating the team’s ability to deliver complex, design-led commercial developments that combine operational resilience, flexibility and long-term asset performance.
